Kajal Patel, MSW, LCSW

Thank you for considering Sahas Counseling for your mental health needs and I look forward to working with you.

Everything you need to heal is already within you, and my work with you will help build motivation, awareness, confidence, and understanding that nurtures these strengths that exist, but are difficult to see when external and internal challenges are faced in life. Not everyone is the same and not one particular treatment model will be the best fit. Therefore, I will meet you where you are at on this journey towards healing, and provide quality of care that will be person centered and tailored to your specific needs.

I have a BA in Psychology, Masters in Social Work, and have a 200-HR RYT certification. I have been working in the mental health field in both inpatient and outpatient settings over the past 16 years. I have participated in mental health and trauma sensitive yoga trainings to provide more than just talk therapy during sessions. I mostly have experience working with adults, older teens, Veterans, families, and couples.

If you are a LCSW-A looking for clinical supervision, I can also help by providing the supervision hours necessary to be fully licensed and become the clinician you want to be.

I know there is an end goal when entering therapy, but the journey to that goal is just as important. We will work together to make that path you desire to be on.

Welcome to Your Space

The environment at Sahas Counseling has been intentionally designed. Inspired by the calming qualities of nature and Eastern influences, the office offers a peaceful retreat from the demands of everyday life. Natural elements, warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a quiet atmosphere invite you to settle in, feel present, and focus on yourself without distraction.

I know that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. My hope is that from the moment you walk through the door, you'll experience a sense of warmth, acceptance, and ease. This is your space—a place where you can speak openly, reflect deeply, and grow at your own pace.
